Shipping / Delivery and Item Availability
All products are shipped from our warehouse in Cheltenham, VIC, with a typical delivery time-frame of 1-5 business days depending on the destination and, in rare circumstances, item availability as per below.
Any items that are not currently in stock will have this clearly indicated on their individual product page except for products with "Backordered" status. Although we make every attempt to have items available in stock, occasionally we may mark inventory as "Backordered" (on the Shopping Cart and Checkout pages), indicating that a given item is temporarily out of stock, but will be back in stock and available for dispatch within 5 business days from the order date.
Shipping costs will vary from one item to another and will be displayed prior to payment and check out stage of a given purchase.

Privacy and Security
The personal information of our customers, being highly sensitive information, is treated with utmost care and diligence. We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party except for the following circumstances:
- where it is required by law or requested by a government agency;
- where our records indicate that our user may be engaged in fraudulent activity or other deceptive practices that a government agency should be aware of.
All data-sensitive transactions on our website (including purchases and account management functions) are performed via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) link verified and secured by Starfield Technologies Web Server Certificate. Payment Methods and Order Management
We currently accept Paypal, Paypal Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Direct Bank Deposit payment options.
All credit card transactions are processed securely by one of the most secure payment systems currently available on the internet – PayPal Website Payments Pro.

Returns and Warranty
We recommend that customers choose carefully before buying as no returns are permitted where the buyer is simply unhappy with their purchase or has changed their mind. You may visit the ACCC website at www.accc.gov.au for additional information on your consumer rights.
Dead On Arrival (or "DOA") Products:
A delivered product is determined to be DOA if it is not of acceptable quality when first removed from its original packaging. The Buyer should notify Buzz Planet (AUS) Pty Ltd about any DOA claims within 72 hrs of product delivery in order to facilitate a faster and efficient product return process. Our Customer Service will make a DOA determination with reference to the relevant legislation contained in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (formerly known as the Trade Practices Act 1974). In the case of a DOA determination, Buzz Planet (AUS) Pty Ltd will issue a refund or a replacement to you for a DOA product if there has been a major failure. You have the discretion as to whether you receive a refund or a replacement product in the event that there has been a major failure. Any refunds will not include any associated (original or future) shipping costs.
Our products are covered by a 12 month warranty. The benefits given to you in the warranty are additional to, and do not detract from, any rights and remedies that you may have under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Specifically, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Buzz Planet (AUS) Pty Ltd is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement, or other suitable remedy.
The Buyer is responsible for shipping (insurance and transportation) charges from you to us or for us to return a product to you, as well as any import fees, duties and taxes.

Retail Outlets / Viewing Facilities
In order to keep our prices low, BuzzGadgets.com.au have cut out the high costs associated with maintaining retail stores and have established ourselves as an online-only business. That is, at this stage, we do not offer product viewing and/or pick-up facilities - all orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Cheltenham, VIC, 3192.
All products are listed with the highest quality images as well as full dimensions and technical specifications, if available. You can also read customer reviews within most product listings.
